As our name suggests, Chesapeake Outdoor Kitchen Co, was created to be the only company you need to complete your Outdoor Living project. The benefit for you is of course project continuity, customer service, budget management and accountability to results with one point of contact.

Depending on the size and scope of your project you may need one or more of the following services.

• Design -- We employ an in-house design team to develop and visualize your dream backyard.
• Permitting -- We have solid relationships with architects, engineers and other professionals to ensure your project meets all local, state and national regulatory requirements.
• Construction -- We are a specialty construction company with a masonry lineage and have the in house expertise to construct the critical foundation of your project.
• General Contracting -- We are experienced general contractors, who select and manage quality subcontracted carpenters, pool installers, electricians, and all other trades necessary to complete your Outdoor Living project.
• Project Management -- We coordinate all material, labor and sub-contractors required to complete your Outdoor Living project while updating you at least weekly with a written progress report.
